The Blender Institute Team
Hi! This is Antonio Buch from Forgotten Fantasies. I wanted to ask about your backgrounds too, but I also wanted to know how and when do you join to the Blender Institute.
I'm really enjoying this podcast, it makes baking more interesting :D
Is Blender capable of sustaining a large production workflow with a large studio? I guess this is the aim of 2.8 but what if you had to ramp up right now? Would you need to hack a lot of python scripts to make Blender efficient?
Still going strong, the results are stunning. Would it be practical to produce these as a series? What would happen to the quality of animating you needed to increase quantity of episodes?
Hey guys, Great pod cast once again, I am finding it very inspirational to hear what you guys are doing and I know it sounds weird, but to hear that you guys are also "normal" people. I have a question, at what point did you guys put your hands up in life and just say I am now a 3D artist. By that I mean, quitting your day job. I have no intention in doing this but it would be nice to know your back grounds for fun.
my answer to you guys in podcast 3, here is my short film that it took 6 months to create on my own - https://vimeo.com/119478118
Hi guys, awesome job, as always, I can't wait to see it! Question: are you planning to make Koro fall in love with a "guanaca" in a future episode, maybe? :) Cheers, Nicolas.
As Blender continues to become more proficient at doing more things, it becomes more unwieldy. Will Blender ever reach a point where it will need to break off into multiple individual programs? That seems very "un-Blender-like," but will something like that eventually be unavoidable?
