Hello straight to question. Q.Plz Do a tutorial on Blender Video Editor? like how u make final product for eg Caminandes trailer. If thats not possible next time u do a final release of Caminandes record ur screen and post it on cloud.
Great seeing and hearing you guys talk about your work. Thanks for sharing the passion. There was a passing mention of publishing the encoding pipeline in a previous podcast. Any info on that? Paul McManus
Hello !
Congrats for the trailer, every is great in it : animation, rendering, story... You can be proud of yourself ! :) I have a question about Attract and Flamenco, what are the plan about future development ? I have some web dev skills and would like to develop an open source shot manager with reviewing tools, state of the current shot, assingment, time estimation, direct connection to the renderfarm... Everything you have in a shot manager. Are there any plan to develop something like that in the near future so I could join forces with you ?
Cheers, and merry christmas everybody ! :)
Quick cloud related question: I've noticed that the stats page is no longer available, will it come back?
Overall, I really like what is going on here and what a busy place the Blender Institute has become thanks to the cloud. Looking forward to watching the second half Caminandes taking shape from my front row seat here :)
Hey Guys!, Really fantastic job, love the animation, the look, the story, everything... I got a question: 1.- How did you guys do the mouth animation with the noise modifier, is it a part of the rig?... because i presume you have linked characters so it would be possible to add the modifier just in the animation scene... 2.- if it isnt linked, then how do you update changes to a rig in multiple scenes ? 3.- the eye specular, how did you guys make it?, it looks to be very controllable
just stupid technicalities, but hey good for learning =)
The trailer is awesome and I can't wait for the final animation. My kids love it, too.
My Question: Why do you render on CPU instead of GPU? Do you use features not supported by GPU or has it to do with the service provided by renderstreet?
Hello I have a few questions, hopefully that is ok.
-I was just wondering if there was any meaning to the symbols around the Llama's(Koro?) eyelids? I never noticed them before till I watched the trailer.
-I know Nathan isn't at the Blender institute anymore but do you guys know what the use case of that fancy spine rig he makes in the series with Mr. Biped is? Is that something you guys find would help a lot more with an animation?
-Before I forget again will some of the short still be in VR like Ton had mentioned at the conference?
