Special thanks to all Blender Cloud supporters for making this happen!
2 years ago, Ton was talking about the idea of having 2 mice for working in Blender (in the Blender Podcast, episode 36, 80:13). What do you think of this idea ? What possibilities do you think it would bring ?
"Open source, maaan!" :D
Great, thank you for all the answers, sad that you won't be putting on reel updates, I understand where you guys are coming from there, but I just think is a nice way to see the overall progress of the film, you don't really need to put up with the comments of users like me, you already have a locked down thing so its just a matter of seeing where the piece is at what is interesting to me.
In any case, also thanks for opening the doors of the blender institute, and of course i would never come uninvited, don't wanna bother anyone.
In other things it would be great to see training content on the cloud, but advanced, and focused, like, animating a shot, rigging a full character, preparing a character's cloth for simulation, hair styiling and setting up for dynamics, and such, these aren't my topics, but to see little advanced courses on these topics would benefit the cloud a lot, because you guys are the top guys in blender and so getting more content on this from you down the road will definitelly benefit the whole community, not only because you know your stuff well but because you work closely with devs and so you actually know what things do or how things are supposed to be done, and that's great info pretty much no-one else has.
anyways, keep rocking.
