Feature Detection

Blender’s tracker is designed for supervised tracking. Instead of tracking hundreds of thousands of tiny short tracking paths, in Blender we try to get just a few rock-solid tracks. Still, for easy shots you can use automatic feature detection to save some time. Inevitably you’ll have to do a bit of cleanup to eliminate bad tracks. The curve view, the dope sheet, and auto-cleanup can help with that.
