For Blender 2.8x Eevee and Cycles Render

Koro the Guanaco from "Caminandes: Llamigos"

Notes on how to use the character
  1. Put your 3D cursor in the Origin of your scene. Choose File > Link and browse the character file
  2. Go to the Collections and select CH-Koro.High. Make sure "Instance Collections" is enabled. Press Enter.
  3. The Collection should appear instanced in the Viewport. Select it.
  4. Choose Object > Relations > Make Proxy...
  5. In the list, select RIG-Koro. If the model is too heavy, enable Simplify in the Render Settings.
  6. Pose the proxy armature to your liking and enjoy!

To enable viewport display of Koro's fur (the fur is always visible in final rendering), do the following:

  1. Make sure you are in pose mode of RIG-Koro
  2. Select the properties bone
  3. In the sidebar (Nkey panel) set the property fur_particles to 1.

{attachment Invalid slug koro_fur - should be a static_asset id}

after linking, it's rendering properly in cycles, but in Eveee, I am getting weird results in the eyes and fur.

Hi Andy.

I keep getting these errors and do not see fur in EEVEE or Cycles.

GPU failed to find function node_bsdf_hair GPU failed to find function node_bsdf_hair

I have a Quadro P5000 with the latest drivers.

Any idea what is happening?

Thank you, Satish.

@Satish Goda In theory you can just ignore that warning. But have you tried enabling the fur particle system on koro's body mesh? I've disabled them for performance reasons.

Andy, Thank you for porting all the characters over and also for clear instructions on using them in the scene :)
