Blender Cloud Services

Blender Cloud Services are no longer supported.

In 2016, a number of Cloud-based services were offered on cloud.blender.org: Blender Sync, asset libraries, image sharing, private projects, project management and render management solutions.

As Blender Studio focused more on open content and production knowledge, these offering have become less relevant and received no further development. With Blender 4.0, a number of API updates (both in Blender and on the web server side) have made it difficult to maintain these products.

For this reason, these services are no longer support. However, efforts are planned towards a new iteration for some of the services (e.g. asset libraries). These will be carried out as part of the Blender Project.
