Hi.  Am I missing something or you have real-time motion blur in the viewport?  I'm using Blender version 3 on an M1 Mac mini and I can only see motion blur when I render an image.  The docs say that Eevee's motion blur is only visible when rendering but it looks like you have real-time motion blur in the video.
