I am version 3.3. Not seeing the light effect in the Add Effect menu. Am I missing something?

@Sathyarajkumar Krishnasamy Since Grease Pencil Objects right now can be affected by lights, the Light effect FX was deprecated
@Sathyarajkumar Krishnasamy Since 3.3 Grease Pencil is affected by real Blender lights, so this effect is no longer needed

Hello, is there a way to keyframe the build modifier? I'd like to animate my GPencil strokes and have them draw on.
