In the new version to select a loop it's Alt+LeftMouse instead of right
I tried to separate part of my model just as you did at 1:30 but it just stretches along with the connected parts out of my selection. How to do it right?
@Jahsun Daher Golding: I'm sure you've figured it out by now... But he split the mesh using the shortcut Y. I'm a Blender noob and I'm sure one day someone else will peek down here also. Confused like us
