Track the arm where we're going to place the plasma gun.

If you have a track that's jumping can you edit it in the graph editor and smooth it out?
@Pete Robie: when it jumps at a particular frame you can just right click the marker, grab it by pressin g, and move it into position, then press tracking again, basically you do that everytime it fails
