This is extremely too fast, it looks more like a time lapse! Sorry, but usually people watching tutorials are people that don't know how to do this, you keep forgetting that and jump between panels, texture to material, switching check boxes as if everybody watching knows already what your doing. You need to explain more the steps you are going through.
Hi, sorry about that. I highly recommend following the more recent training Creature Factory 2, it covers not only painting color/bump textures but also setting up the viewport for getting the best preview.
