OK - to move the 3D cursor in Blender 3.0, you right-click (or left-click, in Francesco's case) on the flower-looking object on top of the long thin black line. A menu pops up, and you select snap - selection to cursor. The 3D cursor will move to wherever the little flower/ball/thingie is.

In the new Blender 3.0, you can't move the 3D cursor using the left or the right mouse button. Any idea how to move it now?
