Here we will build off of the base material we made last time, adding our own colors to each tone and adjusting for each part of the character.
I tried to follow this tutorial on 2021 but it is not compatible with the version 2.9, you should update the shading part of this cause it is a great material. Thanks.
@Juan Diaz Mora, Hello, to recreate to toon shader he used, you have to use the Shading Editor. By default you have the nodes (Principled BSDF)---->(Material Output) when you create a new material. You want to add the nodes Shader to RGB and ColorRamp between them like so. (Principled BSDF)-->(Shader to RGB)-->(ColorRamp)-->(Material Output).
@Mike N thanks for the tip, I will try again!
Hi Dillan Can you show us how to set up the light so the shading works ?
Dillon can i send You a screen shot??
This so helpful especially for making 2D sprites with 3D assets! Thanks man!
