This is the second part of the shirt & pants retopology timelapse.
When creating the body mesh you go through a lot of effort to keep the flow of the topology but, then you model in the pants folds and the flow goes a little crazy. As the body will be covered by a mask and the clothes become what is moved by the rig, won't those folds cause problems in animation as some of the loops just rise from the ankle to the knee then whip back down, while others carry the length of the lower torso.
I understand using the topology to sculpt in folds for appearance, is this also done for animation purposes to aid in the clothing bending correctly?
